agree to be bound by these Terms of Use ("Terms"). If you are a
parent or guardian, you accept these Terms on behalf of your child
and are responsible for their use of the App.

2. Age Requirements

For Children

Little Roots is designed for children ages 3-12
Children under 13 must have parental consent to use the App
Parents must create and manage accounts for their children

For Parents

You must be at least 18 years old to create an account
You are responsible for maintaining account security
You must provide accurate information during registration

3. App Features & Services Little Roots provides:

AI-generated personalized stories featuring world cultures
Educational games teaching language and cultural traditions
Interactive learning activities (Memory match, cooking, music)
Progress tracking and achievements
Safe, ad-free environment for children

Token System

Some features require tokens:

New users receive 2 free token to try story generation
Additional tokens can be purchased through in-app purchases
Premium memberships provide 8 tokens monthly, and access
to all in-app features
Tokens are non-refundable and non-transferable

4. User Content & Conduct

Acceptable Use

You agree to use Little Roots only for:

Educational and entertainment purposes
Personal, non-commercial use
Age-appropriate activities

Prohibited Activities

You must NOT:

Share account credentials with others
Use the App for any illegal or harmful purposes
Attempt to hack, reverse engineer, or modify the App
Upload inappropriate content or personal information
Use automated systems to access the App
Violate any applicable laws or regulations

5. Intellectual Property

Our Content

All content in Little Roots is protected by copyright may includes:

Stories, characters, and narratives
Games, activities, and educational materials
Artwork, music, and sound effects
Logos, trademarks, and branding
Software code, algorithms, and GenAI archetectural pattern

Your Rights

You receive a limited, non-exclusive license to:

Use the App for personal, non-commercial purposes
Access content you've purchased or unlocked
Save stories for personal use

User-Generated Content

When you create personalized stories:

We retain rights to the generated story content
Stories are private and not shared with other users

6. Purchases & Subscriptions

In-App Purchases

Purchases are processed through Apple App Store or Google
Play
Prices are shown in your local currency
All sales are final unless required by law
Parents must authorize all purchases

Premium Memberships

Monthly and yearly subscription options available
Auto-renewal unless cancelled 24 hours before renewal
Manage subscriptions through your app store account
No refunds for partial subscription periods

We strive for 99.9% uptime but cannot guarantee
uninterrupted service
Features may be updated or removed with notice
Internet connection required for most features

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law:

Little Roots is provided "as is" without warranties
We are not liable for indirect or consequential damages
Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid us

9. Account Termination

Deleting the App from your device

Cancelling any active subscriptions
